John operates a great service and is very friendly and knowledgeable. It was great to have the option to have a longer visit to Moraine Lake or visit both Lake Louise and Moraine Lake. Not having to worry about parking and reservations is a big plus and I really recommend booking with Ten Peaks Shuttle

John Chan, the owner/operator of this service, is delightful! Knowledgeable, personable, very friendly and service-oriented. We took the Lake Louise and Lake Moraine shuttle. John was right on time every step of the way. He cheerfully accommodated my special need. He offered suggestions at both stops to add to our enjoyment, and he was ready with water for each of the shuttle guests. Great value!

Great service! On time as per the schedule. John was friendly and professional and provided all the necessary information before dropping us off at the lakes. Clean shuttle.

Picked up on time( bus was early and as we were first passengers we left early) driver very helpful and courteous. I would have no hesitation in using again and would certainly recommend them

Wow - these people are all about customer service. So impressive in this day and age. Our flight kept getting delayed and they were in constant communication with us about pickup times relieving us of any associated stress. Then the flight was canceled until the next day, and they continued to effectively communicate unlike the airlines (WestJet via Delta).Our driver (Jean) then drove through a blizzard at night over treacherous mountain roads without flinching. He provided amazing conversation through his knowledge of the area and its history. Such a pleasure - can't say enough good things about Jean.Overall, I'd only give them an 11 out of 10. :)

Booked a last minute shuttle to Banff. The timeline of my flight arrival and shuttle departure was tight so I called ahead of time to confirm it would be ok. I was assured they'd have my flight info and would wait for me. Communication was stellar, service was exceptional - highly recommended. Will absolutely use again A+++

My friend and I did the Early Riser tour and we ended up with a private tour just for the 2 of us! John our driver and tour guide was lovely and very knowledgeable, he picked us up directly from my house in Canmore and dropped us back off after the tour. We saw the sunrise in Banff, went to Peyto Lake and stopped by the Bow Falls. John was very accommodating of where we wanted to go, he also had some great snacks packed for us! Overall a great tour and very reasonably priced, thank you 😊

We were lucky enough to have a private tour with John. Even though we booked last minute, he still accepted the tour and took time to stop for us to see glaciers and wildlife on the way with wonderful knowledge! Overall it was really fun, the views are a beauty and I will never forget about this experience.

We had an incredible tour of Abraham Lake to witness the ice bubbles and the beautiful sunset. Eddine and Jason were exceptionally friendly and took wonderful care of us throughout the journey. Their knowledge and enthusiasm made the experience even more enjoyable, and the stunning scenery left us in awe. It was truly a memorable adventure :)

The guide/driver Eddine was very prompt and arrived very early in the morning to transport us to Lake Morraine. He was very engaged with us and super excited to even show us the northern lights on the way over to the lake. I would highly recommend him and this transport service.

I've had a very lovely trip with this company from Banff to Lake Louise and Moraine Lake. It was the 2,5h on both lakes trip which was just the right time to spend at each place. The driver was really friendly and had lots of knowledge about the surroundings.While I wanted to take the bus first in order to save money, I do not at all regret my choice to go with Tan Peaks Shuttle & Tours instead as it was a far more personalized experience. Also a seat was guaranteed, so I didn't have to worry about having a seat on the official Lake Moraine Shuttle.If I ever wanted to visit the lakes again, I would definitely choose this company again!

Such an incredible experience, we did the sunrise shuttle. Staff were so friendly, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond. We had been driving around the area for a few days by then so learning more about what we were passing on the drive there and back enriched our whole vacation. Saw our first ever grizzly bear (safely from the van!!) and surprised with coffee and an unforgettable view.

I did the sunset tour on my first day in Lake Louise and even though it was so cloudy, I enjoyed the tour so much! My tour guy, PG I think it was his name, was so nice and explained me a lot of dataiks about Morraine lake and all the area. They give you 3 hours to e plots the lake, giving you some advices where to go and also a bag with a blanket, bear spray and a head torch in case that you need it. The lake is amazing, you can miss Morraine in your visit to Banff, and if it is not cloudy, try to go during sunset. I went u yesterday because I had no option.Also, sunset is the best time to go to the lake because it is when there are less people.At the end of the tour, they give you like a post card with a picture of the 10 peaks and their names. Little things make the difference, thank u so much guys for this amazing experience!

Katrina was our driver. Our pickup at Johnston Canyon Lodge was perfect. We arrived 10 minutes early and Katrina was already waiting for us and as soon as the other couple arrived she whisked us off to the next stop. Everyone was on time allowing Katrina to make a stop at the bakery store to buy lunch provisions at Lake Louise Village. Approaching the lake, Katrina gave us solid information about the trails we might wish to take and other logistical information. Throughout the trip, Katrina provided us with cheerful patter making the driving parts fly by. Special appreciation for her keeping my sweat jacket and poles while we were out hiking. Great job, Katrina and Ten Peaks.

The French mountain man was our driver (Aidy/Aldi??) and so friendly and knowledgeable. The shuttle was on time, clean and we were made ao welcome. We always ask locals for recommendations for activities and said Frenchman gave us the wonderful advise to climb the rockpile first (allocating about 15min) and then take the hike up Sentinel Pass. Which is exactly what we did. He sent us off with water and offered bear apray and showed us where he would be picking us up again and communicated pick up time very well. We actually followed his recommendations for the rest of our trip too. We would recommend Ten Peaks to anyone.

We had a great experience with the Ten Peaks Shuttle and Tours. Our driver was Katrina and she was fantastic. She had very good knowledge of the area and made our tour of Lake Louise and Moraine lake very memorable. She ensured we stayed well hydrated and was very punctual. Count yourself very lucky if you get her as a driver.

Ten Peaks shuttle made visiting Lake Louise and Moraine so easy and worry free! We were picked up from our hotel downtown Banff and driven to the lakes! Hassle free. Our drive and guide was very knowledgeable about the area and gave us information of the surrounding areas and hike recommendations. We had 3 hrs at each lake which was perfect to do hikes and photos at each lake before they dropped us back off at our hotel.Highly recommend and will use them again in the future.Thanks!
