Cancellation policy:

Change or cancellation with full refund up to 72 hours before booked trip
No change or refund within 72 hours of booked trip
No refund for late arrival or no-show.
Service can be cancelled due to inclement weather, road closure or other force majeure, in which case customers will be entitled to a refund or reschedule of service.

Animal policy:

Only qualified service dogs, described under Service Dogs Act, are allowed.
No other pets and/or emotional support animals allowed.
A government issued certificate or ID of the animal needs to be sent to info@tenpeaksshuttle.ca , 48 hours prior to the trip to gain an approval. 

Passenger safety & comfort:

Children under the age of 6 who weigh 18 kg (40 lbs) or less must be in a child safety seat.

If unable to bring own child safety seat(s) aboard the bus, please notify by emailing to info@tenpeaksshuttle.ca at least 48 hours prior to the trip.  Ten Peaks Shuttle & Tours Inc. may be able to prepare complimentary child seats.

No smoking, or drug use allowed.
Zero tolerance for unruly behaviour
No strong smell emanating from passengers or their belongings
Passengers can be removed from the bus at the driver’s discretion for reasons cited above.
